Lovesong by The Cure just came up in my iPod playlist and not halfway through the song I found myself feeling heartbroken and sighing. That just ain’t right.
Yeah, I actually get chocked up any time I listen to Adagio for Stings by Samuel Barber and (oddly enough) also by the 1812 Overture. I think the reason I say this ‘just ain’t right’ is that it is the freaking cure. I mean The Cure for christsakes!
If it makes you feel better the keyboard player (O’Donnell) was from the Psycedelic Furs…
I have trouble breathing (due to the verklempt-ness) during the national anthem when it is sung correctly not Aaron (yes that is a tatoo on my face) Neville freaky Super Bowl style.

Anything from Disintegration (especially Plainsong) does the exact same thing to me. But sometimes it’s good to be sad…
