iPod U2 vs. Negativland
Anyone else remember when U2 sued Negativland for using their music and name in a CD single that included tracks of Casey Kasem swearing up a storm? Well an entrepreneurial Francis Hwang has put a new U2 vs. Negativland Special Edition iPod up on eBay. The iPod comes loaded with 7 Negativland albums (and their CDs) and two books though it does not include the illegal to produce “U2″ singles. I am curious to see if the auction completed without being pulled by legal reactions from Island Records (U2), SST (Negativland) or Apple Computer.
