Stuck in Washington DC

Still stuck in Dulles, DC. I was able to get a hold of our travel agent this morning. American Express claims they thought we were booked through and that it’s United Airline’s fault that they bumped us off the plane. United of course claims that the fault lies with the travel agent.
We have been booked on a new flight with Continental to Rochester that leaves DC tomorrow morning at 7:15 AM and arrives in Rochester at 10:45. I am not sure where they are flying us through, but I am worried about getting stuck in yet another city. I told my travel agent that I was very unhappy with how United treated us yesterday and that I wanted all of our flights changed to other airlines. She has rebooked us with Continental and Delta and is trying to get us seat assignments on the way back.
Our bags went to Rochester last night so my workmates and I are wearing the same clothes today we were wearing yesterday. Since we are not flying until tomorrow, and will (hopefully) be reunited with our baggage then we will not get to change clothes until tomorrow evening.
I have set up a temporary office in my hotel room and have my workmates in here with their laptops. We have made contact with our various business units and are changing our work plans. Since this travel was to set up meetings with our Rochester colleges there is only so much the three of us can do by ourselves here.
