Too busy to notice
Last week I was assigned to a new project at work. The project has me so busy (I have had meetings solid from 8am to 5pm every day last and this week) that I have not been writing or doing much of anything else lately. I worked through my lunch hour today and just now got a chance to sit down and eat an apple. After my first bite I realized I am so distracted that I bit right into the apple’s label and ate it without noticing. I think it is time to slow down.
