How bad was Men in Black II?

My friend and co-worker Al gave out a quote at a meeting yesterday that was so good I thought it was worth repeating (and posting!). Talking about Men in Black II he said;

"That movie was so bad that half way through I found myself rooting for the aliens. That is just not right"
