P.S. I had originally intended to write about the sad depths to which Will Farrell and the writers of Old School (2003) have sunk, but eventually realized this movie really does not deserve more than a single word review.

This film is fun. It’s not a David Lean epic, or a gritty Scorcesse film, it’s just a bit of a laugh. It doesn’t pretend to be anything it isn’t unlike the pretentious reviewers on this site.
Sit down, shut up and enjoy it. It’s silly, fun and takes you away from your real life for an hour and a half.
You might even pick up on all the injokes for all us movie fans if you give it half a chance!!!!

I gave it half a chance. I actually watched it through. The movie sucked. It tried to be funny but never managed to actually get a laugh out. It just regergetated old and overused gags.

I watched this movie as well. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either. It was a bit too sexual and i think the beggining was just freaky.(That girl has issues). I thought some parts were funny but some parts were overly done.

Wow, it’s hard to believe you could live your life in the darkness of a movie cinema and be completely void of concepts such as satire and farce. “Sophomoric” describes “Dude where’s my car” or “When harry met Lloyd: Dumb and Dumberer” …..Old School is about middle age guys seeking the beer-soaked follies of their golden college days. The comedy lies in the fact that middle age people can’t act young, that’s the humor. Will Farrell is the animated host all that is brillant in comedy nowadays…. Please try to name someone better in terms of hilarity…I already know you can’t…The wedding singer in Old School is a riot, “Turn Around” will never be sung better….Todd Phillips directed a gem!

All I have to say about this movie is the best part of the whole thing(I didn’t watch the whole thing but o-well) is the scene when the group of guys are being sworn into the fraternity and each one has to trust that the string attached to their ding dong and the cement block is long enough so when they drop the block off the edge of the building thier standing on, it doesn’t you know rip it off. So anyways the one bigger kid drops his block and it ends of going down a man-hole and the kid off the building and you see his fat ass just hit the ground! its so hilarious

Hey hey, this movie is too cool, if u would like to remember cool moments at the college, try to taste it!!
This movie make me laugh too!
I love this genre of movie and life style!!
